Pero, no s\u00f3lo es una palabra muy buscada, sino\nque es, tal vez, una de las m\u00e1ximas aspiraciones que tenemos como seres humanos:\nser felices. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Desde el punto de vista de la neurociencia y la biolog\u00eda, en el cerebro\ntenemos unos qu\u00edmicos naturales: las hormonas. Cuatro de ellas se relacionan\nespecialmente con la felicidad.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>La investigadora <a href=\"http:\/\/www.innermammalinstitute.org\">Loretta G. Breuning<\/a>, autora del libro<strong><em> <a href=\"https:\/\/innermammalinstitute.org\/books\/habits-of-a-happy-brain-serotonin-dopamine-oxytocin-endorphin\/\">\u201c<\/a><\/em><a href=\"https:\/\/innermammalinstitute.org\/books\/habits-of-a-happy-brain-serotonin-dopamine-oxytocin-endorphin\/\">H\u00e1bitos de un cerebro feliz\u00bb<\/a><\/strong>, explica que cuando el cerebro emite uno de estos qu\u00edmicos, nos sentimos bien.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Veamos cu\u00e1les son:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>&#8211; La <strong>dopamina<\/strong>. Nos\nproporciona la alegr\u00eda y la energ\u00eda necesarias para encontrar o lograr lo que\nestamos buscando. Supone una fuerza de motivaci\u00f3n en tareas que implican mucho\nesfuerzo.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Se activa cuando damos el primer paso hacia un objetivo y cuando lo\nvemos realizado.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u00bfC\u00f3mo podemos elevar su nivel en el organismo? Estableciendo peque\u00f1as\netapas a realizar, que iremos celebrando a medida que logramos su cumplimiento,\nadem\u00e1s de agradecer todo lo bueno que tenemos en nuestra vida.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>&#8211; La <strong>endorfina <\/strong>act\u00faa como\nun calmante natural ante el dolor, sea f\u00edsico o emocional, y nos permite continuar\nadelante. A veces tambi\u00e9n produce cierta euforia<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Sonre\u00edr, bailar, cantar o trabajar en buena sinton\u00eda con otras personas\nincrementa los niveles de esta hormona. Adem\u00e1s, estas acciones nos ayudan a\nreforzar los lazos sociales y aumentar la tolerancia al dolor o al sufrimiento.\n<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>&#8211; La <strong>oxitocina<\/strong> est\u00e1\nvinculada a nuestra afectividad y tambi\u00e9n al sentido de pertenencia a un grupo.\nSe la relaciona y mucho con el instinto maternal. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Desde tiempos prehist\u00f3ricos, la vinculaci\u00f3n social es vital para la\nsupervivencia porque favorece la reproducci\u00f3n y la protecci\u00f3n contra los\ndepredadores y los cambios medioambientales. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Esta hormona se genera en la relaci\u00f3n de confianza con otras personas.\n<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>&#8211; Por \u00faltimo, la <strong>serotonina<\/strong>\nfacilita la sensaci\u00f3n de paz y seguridad que experimentamos al ser respetados\npor los dem\u00e1s.&nbsp; <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>La ausencia de serotonina genera depresi\u00f3n o soledad. De ah\u00ed que sea\nmuy importante para aumentar su presencia, recordar momentos felices, hablar\ncon un familiar querido o una persona amiga. &nbsp;Tambi\u00e9n ayudan peque\u00f1as gratificaciones como tomar\nel sol, recibir tratamientos corporales suaves y hacer ejercicio f\u00edsico. La\nserotonina fluye cuando nos sentimos valorados o estamos en posici\u00f3n de\nliderazgo.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Estas hormonas son controladas por nuestro sistema emocional. Se activan\ncuando el cerebro detecta alg\u00fan est\u00edmulo positivo, algo bueno para la\nsupervivencia y se desactivan despu\u00e9s que se cumpli\u00f3 ese prop\u00f3sito. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Esto lleva a pensar que\nsomos capaces de cambiar nuestro estado emocional y alcanzar un grado elevado\nde satisfacci\u00f3n y vivencias positivas.
