Algunas de las <a href=\"https:\/\/www.lanacion.com.ar\/2109873-el-fin-del-liderazgo-en-10-tendencias\">interesantes ideas<\/a> se basan en:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li style=\"padding-left: 30px;\">La holocracia, los equipos de trabajo son aut\u00f3nomos para organizarse internamente para cumplir los objetivos<\/li>\n<li style=\"padding-left: 30px;\">Poner a los seguidores en el foco de atenci\u00f3n<\/li>\n<li style=\"padding-left: 30px;\">El saber es compartido entre los miembros de la organizaci\u00f3n. Podr\u00edamos considerar el mentoring en doble sentido de l\u00edderes a colaboradores y viceversa<\/li>\n<li style=\"padding-left: 30px;\">Liderazgo ef\u00edmero de los cargos CEO al igual que el de las empresas globales que no tienen garantizado el protagonismo<\/li>\n<li style=\"padding-left: 30px;\">El usuario manda en la era digital. De hecho, se han creado puestos de trabajo basados en el cliente como community manager o data analist.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Tambi\u00e9n en esta perspectiva recomiendo el libro <a href=\"https:\/\/books.google.es\/books\/about\/Business_Minds.html?id=HdTCdtZxGM8C&amp;source=kp_cover&amp;redir_esc=y\">Business minds<\/a> que recopila una serie de entrevistas con expertos de prestigio como Koter, Peters, Senge\u2026entre otros.<\/p>\n<p>Quiero destacar especialmente el punto de vista de Benis que enumera cuatro habilidades clave para el nuevo modelo de liderazgo:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li style=\"padding-left: 30px;\">Entender y practicar la apreciaci\u00f3n de los dem\u00e1s<em>. <\/em>Deben conocer y desarrollar el talento<\/li>\n<li style=\"padding-left: 30px;\">Recordar constantemente al equipo qu\u00e9 es lo importante<\/li>\n<li style=\"padding-left: 30px;\">Generar y mantener la confianza<\/li>\n<li style=\"padding-left: 30px;\">L\u00edder y colaboradores son estrechos aliados<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Con los grandes avances tecnol\u00f3gicos que puedan existir, estoy convencida de que el eje fundamental y estrat\u00e9gico estar\u00e1 en las personas, que seguir\u00e1n teniendo el poder de transformar la realidad y lograr los objetivos propuestos, con independencia del tama\u00f1o de la organizaci\u00f3n.<\/p>\n<p>Y en este entorno resulta clave el desarrollo un nuevo modelo de liderazgo.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Imagen Stefan Stefancik by UnsplashLos r\u00e1pidos y constantes cambios sociales y tecnol\u00f3gicos que estamos viviendo desde hace s\u00f3lo unas d\u00e9cadas y\u2026 los que puedan venir en adelante con la implantaci\u00f3n de la inteligencia artificial, por ejemplo,\u2026 nos llevan a entender que debemos ir hacia un nuevo modelo de liderazgo.
