href=\"http:\/\/www.ivoox.com\/programa-encomunicacion-del-20-10-16-audios-mp3_rf_13404582_1.html\"><strong>enComunicaci\u00f3n<\/strong><\/a>\u00a0hemos continuado el trabajo iniciado con el autodiagn\u00f3stico de nuestra <a href=\"https:\/\/www.anathenea.com\/blog\/?p=296\"><strong>rueda de la vida<\/strong><\/a>.<\/p>\n<p>Quiz\u00e1 algunas personas que han hecho ya \u00a0este ejercicio habr\u00e1n valorado su vida de forma positiva y equilibrada, en l\u00edneas generales. \u00a0Les doy la enhorabuena y les impulso a seguir en con esa actitud vital.<\/p>\n<p>Puede que otras hayan detectado situaciones que pudieran haber pasado inadvertidas hasta el momento, pero que pueden reconducir f\u00e1cilmente.<\/p>\n<p>Es posible tambi\u00e9n que algunas personas hayan detectado \u00e1reas no cubiertas en su vida u otras que est\u00e1n tan llenas o tan vac\u00edas que \u201ccontaminan\u201d algunos aspectos del resto de su vida.<\/p>\n<p>Se trata, por ejemplo, de casos donde el trabajo es tan absorbente que afecta la salud, la vida en pareja, la familia, las amistades, el ocio\u2026 Otros donde la dedicaci\u00f3n a la familia ocupa tanto tiempo que no se puede hacer nada para el desarrollo personal y el ocio\u2026 Otros casos donde la salud no es buena y no se puede disfrutar de todo lo dem\u00e1s\u2026<\/p>\n<p>Este tipo de situaciones son precisamente las que se pueden trabajar en los procesos de coaching, a excepci\u00f3n de aquellas circunstancias que escapen de lo que con esta t\u00e9cnica pueda alcanzarse. \u00a0Es importante recordar que el coaching no es una terapia.<\/p>\n<p>\u00a1!Y nos ponemos manos a la obra!!<\/p>\n<p>Por ejemplo, en el aspecto \u201ctrabajo\u201d, tema que a muchas personas les interesar\u00e1 y a las que\u00a0 pregunto:<\/p>\n<p>\u00bfQu\u00e9 situaci\u00f3n est\u00e1s viviendo en tu lugar de trabajo?<\/p>\n<p>\u00bfQu\u00e9 hechos han ocurrido o est\u00e1n ocurriendo para estar insatisfecho\/a?<\/p>\n<p style=\"padding-left: 60px;\">Los \u201chechos\u201d son situaciones observables y objetivas para todo el mundo, no se trata de opiniones.\u00a0 Ej: la jornada empieza a las 9 de la ma\u00f1ana y termina a las 8 de la tarde; o hay cuatro reuniones al d\u00eda; o, varias personas est\u00e1n haciendo el mismo trabajo&#8230;<\/p>\n<p>\u00bfQu\u00e9 opini\u00f3n tienes de lo que est\u00e1 sucediendo?<\/p>\n<p style=\"padding-left: 60px;\">Analizamos ahora tus pensamientos\u2026 \u00bfQu\u00e9 te dices cuando ves o sabes de estos hechos? \u00bfqu\u00e9 di\u00e1logo interior tienes en tu cabeza?<\/p>\n<p>\u00bfQu\u00e9 sientes?<\/p>\n<p style=\"padding-left: 60px;\">Pregunto por las emociones que generan esos pensamientos y ese di\u00e1logo interior \u00bfc\u00f3mo es el malestar que sientes? \u00bfde qu\u00e9 manera lo describir\u00edas?<\/p>\n<p>\u00bfQu\u00e9 quieres cambiar? \u00bfC\u00f3mo ser\u00eda el trabajo ideal para t\u00ed en esa organizaci\u00f3n o en otra?<\/p>\n<p style=\"padding-left: 60px;\">Se busca reflexionar sobre aquello que te gustar\u00eda que fuera, tus deseos de una realidad mejor. En este punto hablamos de s\u00f3lo deseos. No son objetivos, \u00e9stos vendr\u00e1n m\u00e1s adelante.<\/p>\n<p>\u00bfQu\u00e9 est\u00e1 en tu mano cambiar, qu\u00e9 depende de t\u00ed? \u00bfQu\u00e9 depende de los dem\u00e1s?<\/p>\n<p style=\"padding-left: 60px;\">En definitiva se trata de adoptar un papel activo en tu vida, no estar a expensas de los dem\u00e1s, no ser \u201cv\u00edctima\u201d de los dem\u00e1s, sino protagonista de tu vida.<\/p>\n<p style=\"padding-left: 60px;\">Adquirir conciencia de lo que est\u00e1 en tu mano hacer y de aquello sobre lo que no puedes hacer porque est\u00e1 en manos de otros.
