Cuando te domine un gran enojo, no contestes ninguna carta.\u201d <\/em><\/p>\n<p>Dentro del programa <a href=\"http:\/\/www.ivoox.com\/escuchar-encomunicacion_nq_27899_1.html\" target=\"_blank\">enComunicaci\u00f3n<\/a> que se emite todos los jueves en <a href=\"http:\/\/www.esradiovalencia.es\/\" target=\"_blank\">EsRadio Valencia<\/a>, hablamos sobre el enojo en <a href=\"http:\/\/www.ivoox.com\/ana-aceituno-la-gestion-del-enojo-03-03-16-audios-mp3_rf_10663749_1.html\" target=\"_blank\">Coaching para ti<\/a>, como emoci\u00f3n b\u00e1sica que influye en nuestra comunicaci\u00f3n con los dem\u00e1s.<\/p>\n<p>El enojo y sus diversas intensidades como la indignaci\u00f3n, ira, odio es un comportamiento agresivo. Una reacci\u00f3n instintiva de lucha cuando nos amenaza alg\u00fan peligro.<\/p>\n<p><strong>\u00bfQu\u00e9 motiva nuestro enojo?<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li style=\"padding-left: 60px;\">Sucedi\u00f3 algo desagradable, algo que no deber\u00eda haber sucedido.<\/li>\n<li style=\"padding-left: 60px;\">Alguien de mi entorno rompi\u00f3 o transgredi\u00f3 un l\u00edmite. Seg\u00fan mis valores, esa persona cruz\u00f3 la \u201cl\u00ednea roja\u201d de lo admisible.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>\u00bfSiempre la emoci\u00f3n del enojo es negativa?<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>En algunos contextos-, es el punto que marca un antes y un despu\u00e9s en una situaci\u00f3n desagradable que hemos soportado, tal vez, durante mucho tiempo. Es el \u201c!!BASTA YA!!\u201d, la defensa y recuperaci\u00f3n de un espacio, de la autoestima, \u00a0de un valor\u2026..algo muy importante que hab\u00edamos perdido. En este caso, el enojo es positivo.<\/p>\n<p>Seguramente todos hemos vivido en nuestros \u00e1mbitos personales y profesionales algunas situaciones que nos han enfadado y han obligado a poner l\u00edmites.<\/p>\n<p>Lo negativo es cuando el enojo se mantiene en el tiempo porque puede dar lugar al resentimiento y odio permanente.<\/p>\n<p><strong>\u00bfC\u00f3mo se expresa, identifica, el enojo?<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li style=\"padding-left: 60px;\">Cuerpo en tensi\u00f3n, movimientos r\u00e1pidos y bruscos, respiraci\u00f3n fuerte, dientes apretados, mirada fija, ce\u00f1o fruncido, pu\u00f1os apretados.<\/li>\n<li style=\"padding-left: 60px;\">Si es muy fuerte la emoci\u00f3n, aumenta la presi\u00f3n card\u00edaca y arterial, el nivel de<\/li>\n<li style=\"padding-left: 60px;\">Discutir a gritos, utilizar palabras agresivas<\/li>\n<li style=\"padding-left: 60px;\">No escuchar<\/li>\n<li style=\"padding-left: 60px;\">Responder con violencia<\/li>\n<li style=\"padding-left: 60px;\">En ocasiones, golpear y romper cosas<\/li>\n<li style=\"padding-left: 60px;\">Atacar verbal y f\u00edsicamente al otro.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>\u00bfC\u00f3mo ex \u2013 presar y gestionar el enojo?<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>El enojo tiene que salir al exterior, es como una explosi\u00f3n. Es necesario desactivar esa tensi\u00f3n. \u00a0Si nos quedamos atrapados en la emoci\u00f3n, nos llevar\u00e1 a excesos de los que nos podremos arrepentir.<\/p>\n<p>Algunas ideas iniciales para dar una salida natural y sana al enojo ser\u00edan:<\/p>\n<p style=\"padding-left: 30px;\">1.- Soltar la emoci\u00f3n, con movimiento y acci\u00f3n. Cada persona elegir\u00e1 la opci\u00f3n que sea mejor. Por ejemplo:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li style=\"padding-left: 90px;\">Practicando ejercicio f\u00edsico<\/li>\n<li style=\"padding-left: 90px;\">Pintando, bailando, haciendo alguna labor manual y\/o creativa\u2026.<\/li>\n<li style=\"padding-left: 90px;\">Utilizando t\u00e9cnicas de relajaci\u00f3n y meditaci\u00f3n,<\/li>\n<li style=\"padding-left: 90px;\">Cont\u00e1ndoselo a alguien de confianza\u2026.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p style=\"padding-left: 30px;\">2.- Despu\u00e9s de soltar o desahogar la parte f\u00edsica, podremos pensar con m\u00e1s claridad<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li style=\"padding-left: 90px;\">Recuperando pensamientos positivos que cambien el\u00a0 estado mental para serenar el impacto de la emoci\u00f3n<\/li>\n<li style=\"padding-left: 90px;\">Centrarnos en la soluci\u00f3n, no en el problema.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Con esto reducimos la tensi\u00f3n emocional y mejoramos nuestra comunicaci\u00f3n -escuchando y hablando con m\u00e1s calma y firmeza, pero sin agresividad-.<\/p>\n<p>Creo que es la manera m\u00e1s sana de gestionar el enojo. \u00a0Interesa comunicar bien cu\u00e1les son nuestras necesidades y c\u00f3mo realizarlas sin herir a otros.
